MINUTES
The special called meeting for February 6, 2017 of the City Council of Tallulah Falls, Georgia was called to order at 5:45 p.m. by Mayor Pro-tem Deb Goatcher.

- Councilperson Larry Hamilton
- Councilperson Teri Dobbs
- Attorney Allyn Stockton
Mayor Pro-tem Goatcher advised the Special Called Meeting was called to consider the resignation of Councilperson Teri Dobbs and needed a Council vote of formal acceptance.
Attorney Stockton advised there would have to be an amended call to include a Council seat as well as the Mayor’s position resulting in rescheduled qualifying dates. The rescheduled qualifying dates will be held February 15th through February 17th. All other dates will remain the same for early voting and election day.
Councilperson Coldren made the motion to accept the resignation. Councilperson Dobbs abstained. The Motion was seconded by Councilperson Hamilton and passed.
Councilperson Dobbs made the Motion to adjourn; seconded by Councilperson Coldren. The Motion passed unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
