MINUTES
The special called meeting for August 23, 2017 of the City Council of Tallulah Falls, Georgia was called to order at 6:03 p.m. by Mayor Teri Dobbs.

- Councilperson Bill Coldren
- Councilperson Larry Hamilton
- Town Administrator/Clerk Patti Polk
A Motion was made by Councilperson Hamilton to accept the agenda for the August 23, 2017 Special Called Council Meeting. The Motion was seconded by Councilperson Coldren and passed unanimously.
Mayor Dobbs asked for a motion to go into Executive Session at 6:05 p.m. for the Council to discuss personnel, real estate, and possible litigation.
Councilperson Coldren made the Motion to go into Executive Session. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Goatcher and passed unanimously.
Mayor Dobbs called the Special Called Council Meeting back to order at 7:02 p.m.
Councilperson Goatcher made the Motion to go into General Session. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Coldren and passed unanimously.
Mayor Dobbs announced one action item needed to be voted on which was to hire legal counsel.
Councilperson Hamilton made the Motion to hire the discussed legal counsel. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Goatcher and passed unanimously.
Councilperson Goatcher made the Motion to adjourn; seconded by Councilperson Coldren. The Motion passed unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 7:08 p.m.
